MAIN CONCLUSIONS OF THE CONFERENCE IN ROME (10-11 July 2025)
I provide in the last post on this topic:
- Ukraine has been recognised as a full participant in the European integration process;
- In reality, Ukraine has already de facto become a partner for the developed and democratic countries of the world in daily cooperation;
- Europe and the World are preparing for the restoration of Ukraine's economy right now, although the war in Ukraine is still ongoing...;
- We need to continue such work and organise similar Conferences/Forums ...!

ONE OF THE MAIN TASKS OF ☝ʊ'CONFERENCES IN ROME =
Was to show the World Economic Elite the pre-planned
NEW PRIME MINISTER OF UKRAINE =
Ms Yulia Svyrydenko ! 👈
And to assess the reaction to her...🧐🤔
We successfully coped with this task !☝ʊ'
Ms Yulia Svyrydenko was present as a speaker at many panels/sessions at the said Conference.
For example, I personally listened to her three times at different events of the Conference (there were a lot of them during the two days).
The reaction to her as a top-notch speaker from Ukraine on the part of the European and World Conference participants was positive (I communicated with several participants accordingly = my personal assessment!)
THIS MISSION AT THE CONFERENCE WAS FULFILLED! ☝ʊ'
A few of my personal ‘remarks’ on the Candidacy of the Future Prime Minister of Ukraine (I believe it will happen! ☝ʊ'👌):
- Overall, he leaves a positive and pleasant impression;
- Delivers a professional presentation with knowledge of the topic;
- High level of English;
- Open and pleasant in communication;
- Young energy is felt together with intelligence and culture of behaviour, at least on people...!

The past week was entirely devoted to a significant event - the preparation for and direct participation in the Recovering Conference in Rome on 10 and 11 July 2025 - the grand and large-scale Event of the Year on the Recovering of Ukraine.
A huge number of participants.
Extraordinary security measures.
Many meetings and conversations.
I will mention only those outstanding personalities with whom I personally communicated, listened, and took notes from the reports: Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine; Olena Zelenskya, First Lady of Ukraine.
Strong representation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
Yulia Svyrydenko - First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine; Sergiy Marchenko - Minister of Finance of Ukraine; Andriy Pyshnyi - Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine;
Alona Shkrum - First Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine;
Oleksiy Sobolev - First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine;
Andrii Teliupa - Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
Representation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, I personally managed to communicate with
Denys Maslov and Dmytro Kysylevskyi.
Almost all regions and major cities of Ukraine were represented at the event, I personally paid more attention to the stands of Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv regions. The powerful ‘landing party’ of Ukrainian business included:
Boris Shestopalov (HD-group, GFSGROUP), Michaela MACHARIK (Czech-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce), Serhiy Pylypenko (Kovalska), Andriy Stavnitser (TIS, Neptune, Cargill), Oleksiy Povolotskiy (DTEK), Volodymyr Lavrynchuk (Ukrsotsbank), Iryna Papusha, PhD , Oksana Zappini
and many others...
The NGO ‘Nova Formatsia’, in which each of the Board members is a well-known, self-sufficient and strong entrepreneur, was represented by the aforementioned members of the Board: Boris Shestopalov, Michaela MACHARIK and myself - Viacheslav Kredisov .
Such well-known scientists and public figures/specialists (primarily in the economic field) worked at the Forum: Tymofiy Mylovanov, Andrii Dligach, Hlib Vyshlinsky ,
Volodymyr Vlasiuk.
The Ukrainian military was represented in large numbers, and their reports were heard at the ACC meeting after the speech by Keith Kellogg, Special Representative of US President Donald Trump.
I had the opportunity to talk to entrepreneurs and representatives of such countries as: Italy 🇮🇹
Switzerland🇨🇭Germany🇩🇪Poland 🇵🇱 France 🇫🇷 Sweden 🇸🇪Netherlands 🇳🇱 Japan 🇯🇵 USA 🇺🇸
The large Swiss company Sika AG was represented by its Ukrainian representative office Sika Ukraine
The head of the Ukrainian representative office = Aleksandr Panchenko .
So, we would like to thank the Italian Side and the Italians for the great work and good reception:

Мy personal notes from the first day if Conference Recovery Ukraine / Rome, 10&11 of June 2025:
“Think of the role the Marshall Plan played in the rebuilding of Europe; it ensured peace and growth for decades. Now we have a chance to launch a new wave of progress. We need a Marshall Plan-style approach, and we must develop it together.”
“We are establishing a new and significant financial fund to support Ukraine. This will be a robust mechanism for aiding Ukraine. Welcome to the European Union!”
“We will not give up! Stay with us! This is an appeal to all democratically developed countries and their Leaders, especially to President Donald Trump of the USA.”
“Survive, Ukrainian people! With the help of democratic countries, we will rebuild Ukraine!”
